Dr. Shahina Shaikh is a graduate of the Doctor of Optometry (OD) program at the University of Waterloo - Canada's only English-speaking optometry school. With rigorous clinical and academic training, Dr. Shaikh gained hands-on experience in primary eye care, ocular disease management, contact lenses, pediatrics, and low vision rehabilitation.
With years of experience in both clinical settings and community outreach, Dr. Shaikh has accquired a unique approach that combines medical expertise with a deep understanding of patients' overall needs.
Dr. Shaikh's experience in community service involved - attending eye camps in rural and underdeveloped areas to provide essential screenings and treatments for underserved populations.
Driven by a passion for providing quality eye care, Dr. Shaikh ensures that every patient feels heard, valued, and well cared for. Dr. Shaikh is also committed to improving the eye health of future generations, identifying vision issues early and offering accessible solutions.
